APPLY FOR THIS ROLE

About the project

The company is developing a complex technology product at the intersection of mechanics, electronics, firmware, and software. The product is designed for demanding operational environments, where reliability, performance, and real-world usability are critical.

Ukraine is the company's critical field operation: this is where the product is tested in real operational environments, customer relationships are built, and field insights turn into actionable feedback for the global engineering team.

As Country Director, you will take overall ownership of the company's activities in Ukraine: leading the local team, making sure customers are supported, coordinating field operations and testing, and building strong relationships with users and partners.

This is a highly autonomous leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment and takes full ownership of getting things done.
