THE READINESS ASSESSMENT
Every deployment starts the same way
Before any work in Ukraine, we pressure-test your product, your claims and your readiness against what the front actually needs. It is how both sides decide whether this is worth starting.

Founder interviews against the 10 Rules; export posture, financial runway, production capacity, and validation of stated claims.
Sixty minutes. Review of findings and the written recommendation. A final decision, made together.

Questions
What is the Ukraine Readiness Assessment?
A structured evaluation delivered over three calls: a product and technical review with your engineering team, a team and readiness review against the 10 Rules, and a 60-minute decision call with Samuel Cook. It concludes with a written Ukraine Readiness Report, a recommendation, and a clear decision on whether and how to proceed.
What do I receive at the end?
A written Ukraine Readiness Report covering product assessment, team assessment and readiness scoring; a written recommendation regarding a prospective engagement; and a clear decision on whether, and how, to proceed.
Who from our side needs to attend?
Your engineering team joins the product and technical review. Founders join the team and readiness review. Whoever makes the decision should join the final call with Samuel Cook.
What if the assessment concludes we should not proceed?
That is a legitimate outcome of the process, not a failure of it. You keep the report and the recommendation, which set out precisely what would need to change. It is how both sides decide before anyone commits to a retainer.
How quickly does it start?
Scheduling begins within one business day of confirmation. The three calls are then arranged at mutual convenience.
