HOW WE WORK
Validate. Fund. Scale.
Three phases, in that order. We do not chase money until the front asks for your product — that order of operations is the programme.
Your system goes into the hands of a Ukrainian frontline unit and gets tested under peer electronic warfare. If it does not survive, you learn exactly why.
When a unit asks for the product, we convert that demand into letters of request, letters of intent, and funded orders. Not before.
Battlefield validation becomes the case for allied procurement — US, German, and partner channels.
Why the order matters
Plenty of Western companies have burned money, time, and reputation in Ukraine by approaching it the wrong way. They arrive without the right units, the right introductions, or the right expectations — and the market finds them out.
The two most common mistakes are selling before validating, and assuming there is no money in Ukraine. The first destroys your standing with the units whose opinion decides everything downstream. The second means you leave before the money appears.
Reversing the order is not a philosophical position. A unit that has asked for your product is the single most powerful instrument in the funding conversation that follows. Without it, you are one more vendor with a deck.

Questions
Why validate before chasing funding?
A unit that has already asked for your product is the single most powerful instrument in the funding conversation that follows. Without it you are one more vendor with a deck. Selling before validating also destroys your standing with the units whose opinion decides everything downstream.
How many iteration cycles should we expect?
Several. Almost nothing works the first time under real electronic warfare, and that is the point of coming. What the market judges you on is how quickly and seriously you respond when it does not work.
How long does it take to reach funding?
It depends on the product and on the size of the ask. Smaller test funding can move very quickly, sometimes cash paid up front for a handful of units. Larger institutional amounts move through national systems and take considerably longer.
WHERE IT STARTS
The sequence begins with an assessment.
Validate, fund, scale — in that order, and only after both sides agree it is worth starting.
THE READINESS ASSESSMENT
Every deployment starts the same way
Three working sessions: your product and claims against what the front needs this month, the compliance and testing path, and a decision call with Samuel. You leave with a written readiness assessment — whether you work with us again or not.
A fixed fee. Scheduling begins within one business day.
